About the Event
Who doesn't love a good soup noodle dish? Jews are famed for their chicken soup recipes, but so are many other cuisines. If you love Asian food and want to try a new recipe at home, this is the evening for you. We will look at the famous Japanese soup noodle dish, Ramen! Traditionally made from pork bone broth, for some trying the authentic version is not possible. Not to worry! Here we have a vegan/vegetarian version to transport you to Japan whilst staying in the comfort of your own home. This recipe will be simple and very adaptable so all levels of culinary ability welcome! Join us on zoom for a cook-a-long. Recipe to follow soon!
