Pumpking Carving and Cocktails

We will do a short pumkin carving demo for those of you who haven't done it before and then we'll make the cocktails together. You will need a pumpkin, knife and cocktail ingredients.

Hot spiced cider or apple juice 

• 500ml cider/ apple juice 
• 2 tbsp honey/ syrup 
• 1/2 an orange peel 
• 1 tsp cloves 
• 1 tsp ground allspice splash of brandy (optional)

Eyeball Punch 

• 200g lychees 
• 5 grapes 
• 250ml ginger beer 
• 100ml orange juice 
• 100ml pomegranate juice 
• 200ml malibu/vodka (optional)
